Life unfolds through cycles—ups and downs, ebbs and flows, light and shadow. As we move through experiences unique to each of us, there are moments when we fall, moments when we feel suspended, and moments when we rise. Through all of it—through wounds, traumas, and challenges both large and small—we are invited to learn about ourselves, reconnect with our inner essence, and cultivate the resilience that carries us forward.
The Vedic sciences—including Ayurveda, Yoga, and Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology)—offer compassionate insight into the human experience. Through practical, time-honored methods, they help harmonize our inner and outer worlds, align the layers of our being, and gently guide us back to the remembrance of wholeness. This is the healing journey.
About the Immersion
Join me for this 2-hour live online immersion exploring how Vedic wisdom supports the journey from disconnection and inner pain toward fulfillment, balance, and peace.
Through yoga, Ayurveda, and subtle body awareness, this gathering offers grounded, accessible practices to calm the nervous system, strengthen the energetic body, and restore inner clarity. We’ll weave together Ayurvedic wisdom and yoga practices—mantra, breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and awareness—to support harmony across the whole being. No prior experience is required.
In This Immersion, We Will:

Explore how the science of Ayurveda supports systemic harmony through dosha balance and simple, day-to-day practices

Learn the yogic understanding of the five layers of being (koshas) and how their integration supports a fulfilled, whole state of living

Explore sound healing through mantra and vibration

Experience the senses as tools for grounding and regulation

Move prana and align energy through conscious yoga movements (no mat required)

Practice pranayama and meditation to attune to our subtle, eternal nature—pure, whole, and untouched
