Nourish: An Ayurvedic Nutrition and Cooking Course

food for nourishment of body, mind, and consciousness

Food is one of the most direct ways we influence our health. What we eat becomes the substance of the body, influences digestion and energy, affects the mind, and can support or hinder our spiritual evolution.

In Ayurveda, food is much more than fuel. It is a way of connecting with Nature, honoring the gift of life and caring for the body we have been given. When we understand how food affects us individually and learn how to prepare it appropriately, we have a practical way to manage our wellbeing every day — meal by meal.

This four-week course explores Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking through both theory and practice, giving you a deeper understanding of how to use food as a tool for health, balance and conscious living.
