Yoga Classes
breath. posture. presence.
Join group yoga classes in Nanoose/Parksville, Nanaimo, and online through Zoom, with practices designed to build balanced strength, flexibility, mobility, and energy flow in the body while cultivating clarity, peace, and resilience in the mind.
Yoga as a Practice for Health and Life
Elevate your health and align with your Truth through yoga practices that bring greater awareness to the body, breath, mind, and the way we move through life.
Classes focus on cultivating balanced strength, flexibility, and energy flow in the body, enhancing clarity and peace in the mind, and establishing consciousness and rhythm with the breath.
Through consistent practice, yoga can support greater physical resilience, ease, vitality, and a more steady relationship with yourself and life. The benefits extend beyond the time spent on the mat, helping you develop practices that support how you feel and function now and years down the road.
Class Format
Classes are designed for all levels and abilities, with practices that can be adapted to meet individual needs and experience.
Rather than focusing solely on achieving particular postures, classes explore the relationship between breath, movement, awareness, and presence. You’ll be guided through practices that develop strength and mobility while also cultivating a more steady and conscious relationship with the body and mind.

A Consistent Practice
Yoga becomes more valuable when it becomes part of how we live rather than something we occasionally fit into our schedule.
Regular practice gives us the opportunity to observe ourselves over time — how the body changes, how the breath responds, how the mind moves, and how we meet the experiences of daily life. With consistency, the practices begin to influence more than flexibility or strength; they become a way of developing greater awareness, resilience, steadiness, and connection.
Continue Your Practice Beyond Class
For those who want to explore yoga more deeply between classes, the Elevated Living Community will offer an expanding library of yoga education, recorded practices, and other resources for ongoing study and practice. Details are coming soon.
