A Full Day Devoted to You

When was the last time you felt truly unhurried? Not squeezing in a workout between meetings. Not scrolling to unwind. Just... still. Present. You.

Life has a way of quietly scripting us — the same reactions, the same routines, the same noise. We don't always notice it happening. We just notice, one day, that we feel a little more tired, a little more scattered, a little further from ourselves than we'd like to be.

Release and Renewal is Your Invitation to Hit Pause

For one full day, step out of the momentum of daily life and into a space built entirely for you — to breathe deeper, think clearer, and remember what it feels like to be fully present in your own life.

Life can easily become shaped by habitual patterns — how we move, breathe, think, communicate, eat, spend our time, and relate to ourselves and others. Through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda, we have an opportunity to become more aware of these patterns rather than simply being driven by them, and to consciously consider what we want to cultivate and what we may be ready to release.

Guided by the ancient yogic principles of abhyasa and vairagya — practice and letting go — we'll loosen the grip of old patterns and make room for something new. Because this day isn't only about releasing what's weighing you down. It's about creating space for insight, inspiration, and possibility to walk back in.

When the body softens, the nervous system settles, and the mind quiets, clarity has room to return. So does curiosity. So does joy.

The retreat will be co-taught by long-standing teachers Kelsey Brusnyk of Illumine Ayurveda & Yoga and Aman Rai of Sacred Seed Yoga. Together, we’ll weave yoga and Ayurveda throughout the day as practical and experiential tools for greater awareness, balance and conscious living.

Throughout the Day, You Will be Guided To

Move — with Yoga asana to shake off stagnation and awaken strength and vitality

Breathe — with pranayama practices to reset your nervous system from the inside out

Rest — during deeply restorative Yoga Nidra for total-body renewal

Soften — in yin & restorative yoga asanas to release tension and reconnect with your body

Reflect — through journaling and inner reflection to spot old patterns and create space for conscious choice

Connect — in satsang and discussion that will weave yogic wisdom into everyday life

Settle — in meditation and energy practices to turn inward and come home to yourself

Nourish — with practical Ayurvedic wisdom for daily balance, self-care and vitality

Savor — through wholesome, sattvic Ayurvedic meals made with intention
