Service Description

In this 1.5 hour workshop (10 - 11:30a MT on October 24, 2020) , you’ll learn simple daily routines, key Yoga poses and exercises, and diet and eating tips that will increase your immunity and vitality and have you feeling great all winter - even bypassing colds and flus! You’ll also learn meals for healing and holistic home remedies to turn you around if you do start down the path of symptoms and sickness.
