Unwavering Immunity workshop

Ayurveda and Yoga teach us powerful ways to align with our innate healing capacity, where immunity is strong and vitality is robust. It is possible to thrive even in times of year we’ve had past patterns of being sick and run down. In this workshop you’ll learn why you get sick, how to prevent it, and how to actually use any time of year to enhance your health. In this 1.5 hour workshop  (10 - 11:30a PT on October 24, 2020) , you’ll learn simple daily routines, key Yoga poses and exercises, and diet and eating tips that will increase your immunity and vitality and have you feeling great all winter - even bypassing colds and flus! You’ll also learn meals for healing and holistic home remedies to turn you around if you do start down the path of symptoms and sickness.  Investment: $50 CAD

250-hour Yoga Teacher Training   |   Hybrid: In-person (Vancouver

The Illumine Ayurveda & Yoga 250-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive hybrid journey rooted in the classical teachings of yoga, supported by steady practice, and enriched with an Ayurvedic understanding of how we live, breathe, and move through the world. Designed for both dedicated students and aspiring teachers, this training offers an immersive and integrative path into yogic wisdom—one that strengthens your personal practice while cultivating the clarity and skill needed to guide others.

The program unfolds through a two-week in-person immersion on Vancouver Island, followed by a structured period of guided online study, mentorship, and live classes from July to October 2026. Throughout the training, you’ll explore classical Hatha asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, subtle body teachings, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, functional anatomy, philosophy rooted in the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita, and principles of living well through seasonal and lifestyle alignment. The curriculum is intentionally crafted to help you develop sustainable practices, deepen your embodiment, and understand how yoga supports the whole person—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

This training is intentionally intimate, limited to just 12 students, ensuring individualized guidance and a supportive learning environment. Life is relationship, and when we attend to the subtle, most foundational relationships in our lives we can thrive physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This 8-week, live online course encompasses 8 areas of life in which you’ll build relationship and embodiment. 

 

You’ll weave the timeless practices of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Intuitive Living through essential life relationships week by week, because just like a house built on shaky foundation is unstable and weak, so too our attempts at improving our life are less effective, unsteady, and tenuous if we lack a form of grounding in the essential areas of life.

 

In this course you’ll set yourself up to see experience shifts in your life that you’re seeking in any area of life. You’re going to learn HOW to live a healthier, more cohesive, holistically balanced, and exponentially more satisfying life by developing an awareness of yourself as a dynamic, holistic, multi-faceted being that has base requirements that are needed in order to thrive. Requirements - or relationships - that we should have been taught as children but were not.

Guided through this process over a period of 12-weeks, you'll establish yourself in a realistic flow that truly enhances your life and that is sustainable longterm.You'll start with a personal consultation to become clear on your imbalances and the path of solution.

 

Over the course of 12-weeks, you'll come together with a group of like-minded individuals to learn how to enhance all areas your being - physical, mental, emotional, and energetic - through the sustainable integration of the practices of Ayurveda and Yoga. Diet, lifestyle, Yoga practices, and mindset are some of the areas you'll become established in, that will set the foundation for your elevated living. The 12-week time span, which includes an additional followup consultation near the end of the program, is a supportive space to really discover how these practices can fit into your unique life in a powerful way that honors your roles, responsibilities, desires, and priorities in a truly lasting way.
