Ayurvedic wellness and beauty practitioner

An Ayurvedic wellness and beauty practitioner improves clients quality of life through teaching and practicing Ayurveda treatments and methods that promote whole-self-health.

The treatments and methods work on internal and external levels to balance doshas, reduce stress, eliminate toxins, improve tissue nutrition, and enhance tissue quality so that the individual can experience the wellness and resulting radiance that is inherent in each one of us.

The training will provide you with the education and experience to have exquisite self-care that cultivates your personal wellness, beauty and graceful aging, and to offer guidance, education, and treatments in professional settings.

This is a standalone training that can get you started as an Ayurvedic Wellness and Beauty Practitioner, as well as a complement to current massage therapy, holistic consulting, Ayurveda consulting, Yoga teaching, reflexology, esthetics, or other holistic and beauty related modalities.

If you're not currently engaged in any related practices, if you're drawn to the program I invite you to consider listening to that intrigue and attraction and if it feels right jump in. You will learn how to incorporate more Ayurveda into your daily life which will increase your personal quality of life and vibrant living tremendously, and anything start to learn and integrate (and even share!) about Ayurveda is incredibly valuable for the health of the entire mind-body system and will only contribute to the upliftment of ourselves and life around us.

Suitable for all levels of Ayurveda experience

sharing the sweetness of Ayurveda

I've been immersed in Ayurveda and yoga - studying, living, and teaching them both - for nearly 15 years. With a cancer (the sign of nurturing) ruled 10th house and exalted Venus (the planet of beauty) in the 6th house of health and healing in my astrological chart, I am naturally drawn to sharing the sweetness of the daily self-care methods and treatment practices that nurture wellness and beauty from the inside out - not only leaving us feeling radiant and at our best, but full of vitality, vibrancy, clarity, and self-connection.

This 50-hour, 8-day intensive is a certification program designed to educate and prepare you to be empowered and clear on your personal path to self-health and radiance as well as to teach and practice these Ayurveda treatments and methods for natural wellness and beauty within your community.

about Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the veda - the wisdom or knowledge - of ayuhu... life. Its two main aims are to maintain, protect and conserve the health of the healthy, and to restore the unhealthy to health so that we can live a full, free life at our fullest potential and with our best, most vibrant longevity.

I attended the Treatments and Methods for Wellbeing and Beauty Training on Vancouver Island, BC in February 2023. The immersive experience was a huge part in allowing me to learn and integrate these teachings with softness and sweetness. The saying “secure your own mask before assisting others” comes to mind. The nourishing meals, pranayama, asana, mantra, mudra, and meditation were such important pieces of the training- they allowed me to connect more deeply with myself and allowed the teachings to reach a much deeper place. It was also a subtle reminder that as practitioners, the better we care for ourselves, the better we can care for others. A seed has been planted and I feel nourished, restored, and ready to bring these beautiful healing rituals home to my family and community. Thank you, Kelsey.
